The District of Columbia, acting and through its Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Request for Proposal to engage a Construction Manager to provide professional construction management support services to assist the District in the construction, commissioning, and turnover of the new Fire Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) Fleet Maintenance Facility. The Project includes construction services for the following: 1. FEMS Fleet Maintenance Facility 2. FEMS Logistics Warehouse Facility 3. FEMS Heated Storage and Ready Reserve Facility 4. FEMS and Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) Fuel Station 5. OSSE Administrative Building and Parking Structure. SBE goal 35%. Bonds required.
