The District of Columbia Department of General Services (DGS), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME), is issuing this Request for Proposals to solicit the services of an Architectural/Engineering firm to provide Architectural/Engineering services for the OCME – COOP Site (Annex) Renovations, located at 7 DC Village Lane, SW, Washington, DC 20032. The selected A/E shall be required to produce existing conditions documentation of the entire facility and to develop construction drawings and specifications for selected internal renovation projects as identified by OCME. This solicitation is set aside for Offerors that are certified by the District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development (“DSLBD”) as certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs). Bonds required.
