Description

The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing wall along N. 56th Avenue with a new precast concrete wall within the Citys right-of-way. Work includes demolition of the existing structure, installation of new precast wall panels and foundations, and restoration of adjacent areas impacted by construction. The improvements are intended to enhance safety, durability, and the overall appearance of the corridor. The City is seeking qualified contractors with experience in similar civil and structural improvements to deliver a high-quality installation with minimal disruption to the surrounding community.
