Description
Construction of the John P. Lyons Lane Drainage Improvements Project along S.W. 31st Avenue between Hallandale Beach Boulevard and Carolina Street. The project consists of roadway and stormwater infrastructure upgrades, including installation of a new underground drainage system with exfiltration trench and pump station discharging to Behan Lake, roadway milling and resurfacing, grading, curb and gutter installation, utility coordination, and site restoration. Additional work includes maintenance of traffic, pavement markings and signage, erosion and sediment control, and associated electrical and mechanical systems for the pump station. The work will be completed under a single prime contract and phased to maintain access and minimize impacts to adjacent properties and residents.
