NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified: FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND HOODS (RE-BID) RFP #2026-047 The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed proposals up to 2:45 P.M. EST, June 25, 2026, via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Proposals received after 2:45 P.M. will not be considered. It is the intent of this bid to select a firm or firms to enter into an agreement for services for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew two (2) additional one-year periods. It is in the best interest of the City to contract with a firm(s) that exhibits the highest degree of responsiveness, responsibility, experience, qualifications, financial stability, integrity, capacity, and capability to provide ongoing services as outlined in this Scope of Work. This bid is for the annual certification of 170 fire extinguishers, their maintenance, and repairs. Also, the semi-annual certification of four (4) City owned kitchen hood systems along with their maintenance and repair. The City will need a per account price for each type of extinguisher and hood system, this price will be for the term of the bid. All proposers must register with the City online.
