Holiday Lighting and Decoration Services - CRA, Fort Lauderdale, FL

The City of Fort Lauderdale is soliciting quotes from qualified and experienced holiday lighting and decoration firms to provide Holiday Lighting and Decoration Services within the Northwest-Progresso-Flagler Heights Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) area. 2.1 General Scope The Contractor shall provide holiday lighting and dcor services along the NW/NE 6th Street (Sistrunk Boulevard) corridor within the CRA Area. Services shall include the design, installation, maintenance, removal, and off-season storage of all holiday lighting and dcor. The holiday lighting and dcor shall be designed to enhance the visual appearance of the corridor and create an inviting atmosphere for residents, visitors, and local businesses during both daytime and nighttime conditions during the holiday season. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and other resources necessary to perform the services described in this solicitation. The total cost of services, including labor, materials, installation, removal, permits, and any other associated costs, shall be included in the bid line pricing. The Contractor shall not be entitled to additional compensation beyond the approved contract amount. The Contractor shall be responsible for becoming fully familiar with all site conditions and factors that may affect the performance of the work. Failure to do so shall not relieve the Contractor of its obligation to perform the services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation, nor shall it serve as a basis for additional compensation.
