Description

The scope of work includes excavation and removal of existing asphalt pavement and limerock base; reconstruction and compaction of new subgrade and base course; placement and compaction of asphalt pavement; milling, leveling, and overlay operations; installation of new airfield signage and edge lighting systems in compliance with FAA Advisory Circulars; and application of both temporary and permanent pavement markings in accordance with FAA and airport standards. The scope of work also includes full mobilization and site preparation activities conducted during both daytime and nighttime operations. All work to be completed in compliance with current code and regulations, and per drawings and specifications. Bidders to provide construction schedule identifying the project timeframe
