DESIGN/BUILD WESTSIDE DOG PARK OFF NW 108TH TERRACE PROJECT The City of Tamarac is seeking to engage qualified firms to submit proposals (RFP) for the Design/Build of the Westside Dog Park off NW 108th Terrace Project. The proposed project site is approximately 0.55 acres, located within an existing City owned parcel along NW 108th Terrace, south of Sanibel recreation center & club house, west of Devon community (refer to Attachment 1 - Site map attached herein). The proposed elements include fenced areas for large and small dogs, a 5-foot concrete walking path, water fountain for dogs, pet disposal stations, 2 covered/shaded benches, trash receptacles, landscaping, signage, video surveillance, Wifi and other associated elements. This project includes developing cost estimates with product specifications, design plans and details, permitting and construction of Westside Dog Park off NW 108th Terrace Project in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The work includes all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, obtaining all applicable permits, necessary supervision, and incidentals to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed work shall be completed in accordance with the project documents, plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
