Scope of Work: Scope includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Broward County Health Department Clinic HVAC Replacement Project located at 2421 SW 6th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL., to replace the buildings Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve the interior working environment. The work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC replacement for the first and second floors. This scope involves removal and reinstallation of interior finishes as required for HVAC and structural work. Roof work is limited to the replacement of an existing chiller, exhaust fans, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes. Associated ceiling work will be required for the replacement of VAV boxes, and related equipment. Roof patching will be performed only in areas directly adjacent to the work. This is not a full re-roofing project.

Interior Signage for North Regional Courthouse, Fort Lauderdale, FL
This project is for the purchase, delivery, and installation of interior signage with the Specifications and Requirements. Vendors are invited to respond to a fixed contract to provide and install interior signage as required in Attachment A-Room Sign Schedule, Attachment B-Basis of Design and Attachment C-Product Specifications. Verification of the existing conditions and assessment of the facility is the sole responsibility of the Vendor. The scope of work includes the installation of all signs. Interior walls will be prepared and ready for signage installation by Broward County. All work is to be performed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Access to the building MUST be scheduled and coordinated through the Project Manager in advance. All members of the installation team are required to obtain a Broward County Contract Badge to perform work at North Regional Courthouse. Background checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement will be required. Badge request forms will be provided upon award. 1. Signs are to be manufactured in the United States. 2. The Vendor is to provide a minimum 5-year warranty for all products submitted as part of the bid. 3. Signs are to be inspected for errors and defects prior to shipping. 4. Vendor is to notify the Project Manager in advance of anticipated shipping date. 5. Installation is to be coordinated in advance to allow time for preparation of walls. 6. Vendor is responsible for verifying the accuracy, applicability and all product quantities needed to fully complete signage installation per Attachment A. A formal on-site coordination meeting shall be scheduled by the Project Manager upon receipt of a Purchase Order. Vendor is to coordinate the installation per the following: 1. All members of the installation team are required to have a Broward County Contractor Badge to perform work at North Regional Courthouse. A background check through FDLE is required. Access badge forms will be provided upon award by the Project Manager. 2. In the event of a storm or other Event that results in an Emergency Activation, installation may be postponed on short notice. 3. Vendor must perform work via a consecutive daily schedule until the installation is completed unless otherwise coordinated and approved by the Project Manager. 4. Due to on-going operational needs of the department and facility the Vendor is to ensure workspace is kept organized and aisle ways are to remain clear and accessible at all times. 5. All work is to be performed during normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am EST to 5:00pm EST. The Projects installation schedule will be coordinated with and approved by the Project Manager within a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the proposed start of installation. 6. Product shall not be direct shipped to project site without prior coordination with the Project Manager. Delivery and installation will be refused if not scheduled and approved in advance. 7. All finished surfaces must be covered with protective covering during storage, handling, and installation. 8. Examine conditions compliance with requirements for installation. Proceed with installation only after unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected. 9. All required material to protect building finishes are to be provided by the Vendor and removed at the end of each day. The Vendor is responsible for any damage to the building, finishes or other furniture as a result of their installation. 10. Vendor is to install all signs according to the most current ADA code requirements. 11. Vendor is responsible for the removal of all trash from site, including packing materials associated with the delivery at the end of each day. Vendor may not use County trash receptacles. 12. Vendor is responsible for cleaning all surface from dust, dirt, and fingerprints prior to the final walk-through with the Project Manager. 13. Upon completion of the installation the Lead Installer or Sales Representative is to conduct a final walk-through with the Project Manager. Any punch items will be identified and recorded at this time.

The proposed project site is approximately 0.55 acres, located within an existing City owned parcel along NW 108th Terrace, south of Sanibel recreation center & club house, west of Devon community (refer to Attachment 1 - Site map attached herein). The proposed elements include fenced areas for large and small dogs, a 5-foot concrete walking path, water fountain for dogs, pet disposal stations, 2 covered/shaded benches, trash receptacles, landscaping, signage, video surveillance, Wifi and other associated elements. This project includes developing cost estimates with product specifications, design plans and details, permitting and construction of Westside Dog Park off NW 108th Terrace Project in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The work includes all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, obtaining all applicable permits, necessary supervision, and incidentals to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed work shall be completed in accordance with the project documents, plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.

The State of Florida Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") is soliciting written bids from qualified bidders to establish a contract to provide District-Wide Maintenance of Mitigation Sites and Stormwater Ponds. The term of the contract shall begin August 20, 2026, and expire August 19, 2029.
Elements of the work include, but are not limited to, installing wetland and upland plants, and maintaining mitigation sites and stormwater ponds in accordance with environmental permit requirements and correcting deficiencies in mitigation and stormwater facilities. Example site locations are provided in Attachment I.
