This work shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary in connection with a Roof Replacement project for the City of Sunrise Tennis Club. All work shall be performed in accordance with the referenced specifications, drawings and all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Grant Requirements: This federally passthrough project is being funded in part by Federal Emergency Management Agency through the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management. Refer to Section 00400 of the bid document (The Contract for Construction) for the applicable Terms/Conditions and Grant information.

The Project consists of Stormwater collection and discharge improvements in SW 48th Street, SW 55th Avenue, SW 54th Terrace, and a portion of the vacant right-of-way between 55th Avenue and 54th Terrace. The Project area is bounded by Griffin Road on the north, SW 49th Street on the south, SW 52nd Avenue on the east, and Wilson Road on the west, in Section 26, Township 50 South, Range 41 East. The Project consists of the demolition and removal of existing drainage pipelines, manholes and catch basins, as well as the construction of new underground HDPE drainage pipelines, in various diameters, and concrete catch basins and manholes. It also includes the relocation of watermains, and construction of a control structure and HDPE pipe, and RIP-RAP top of bank on the Sunny Lake east berm. Stormwater discharges to the east into the S-4 Canal and construction of a RIP-RAP headwall and installation of a 48-inch flap gate are required. Stormwater discharges to the east into the S-2 Canal and construction of pipe extension and RIP-RAP headwall, and installation of a 36-inch flap gate are required. The Project also requires that road elevations be raised in limited areas, and asphalt, swales and grass restoration in general, and relocation of watermain segments. Permitting processes have been initiated or completed with the Town of Davie Engineering and Utilities Divisions, CBWMD, SFWMD, and Broward County Traffic Division and Resilient Environment Department Environmental Permitting Division. This Project will be partially funded by an EPA Grant, therefore it has special requirements that are described in this Invitation to Bid.

The project is located within the 496 acre CITY OF SUNRISE DRAINAGE BASIN 15. The Basin is bordered on the south by NW 44th Street, on the north by Commercial Boulevard, on the west by the South Florida Water Management District C-42 Canal and a portion of the Sawgrass Expressway and on the east by Nob Hill Road. The culvert reinforcement work is located at the Hiatus Road canal crossing between NW 53rd Street and NW 55th Street in the City of Sunrise. The City has instituted an overall project for roadway culvert replacements or reinforcement within the Basin 15 area, which includes the current project work. This project is for the installation of a 54 reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) to be constructed parallel to the existing 54 RCP culvert, and rerouting existing street drainage. The parallel pipe and replacement pipe section are intended to upgrade the hydraulic flow capacity of the culvert crossing to that of a single 72 RCP. The existing canal culvert is designated in the Basin as Culvert R-15-110A. The Work is generally described as follows: Project work includes sediment and turbidity control, pollution prevention, clearing and grubbing, maintenance of traffic, dewatering, canal bypass pumping, installing 54 RCP, construction of two endwalls and two manhole structures, cutting into and connecting to existing street drainage pipe, demolition, restoration of pavement and curbs, pavement milling and resurfacing, restoration of pavement markings, sodding and other miscellaneous and incidental items for a complete project. The Contractor will be responsible for preparation of as-built record drawings.

The HOLL-056 District 5 Traffic Calming Improvements Project is intended to enhance roadway safety, traffic flow, and neighborhood mobility by installing traffic-calming features, including roundabouts, traffic circles, speed tables, median islands, signage, pavement markings, and related roadway improvements. The project also includes ADA upgrades, drainage improvements, landscaping, lighting enhancements, utility adjustments, and sidewalk reconstruction to enhance accessibility and overall corridor functionality. All work will be completed in accordance with signed and sealed construction plans, applicable standards, permitting requirements, and public coordination efforts. Speed table improvements are not included under this solicitation and were completed separately under a previously awarded contract.

HVAC CONTROL REQUIREMENTS o The Contractor shall provide and install air conditioning delay timers to ensure proper load management during generator operation. o Integration and sequencing with existing HVAC systems shall be included in the scope. I. The City of Plantation (CITY) is soliciting proposals to obtain the services of a qualified, responsive and responsible firm to provide Vehicle/Fleet GPS Tracking Devices and Software, Asset Tracking Devices and Software and HD Video Dashcam Devices and Software for a variety of fleet vehicles with an approximate total of 600. The GPS (Global Positioning System)/AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) devices should be turnkey equipment that have been successfully deployed in other government agencies and utility fleets.
