A. The Contractor shall include the following with each Mow Service: 1. The Contractor shall remove all litter and debris prior to each service, and shall not mow, trim, or edge over litter and debris. This includes, but is not limited to, paper, littler, blow trash, etc. All clippings, trimming, branches, fronds, etc. from service shall be removed upon completion of that days service. The Contractor shall be responsible for proper disposal of all such litter, debris, clippings, trimmings, branches, fonds, etc. and shall not be deposited into City trash receptacle or dumpsters. The Contractor shall rinse, rake, sweep, and/or blow all hardscape surfaces to leave each site in a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing condition prior to moving to next area. 2. The Contractor shall remove any snipe signs, bulletins of a temporary nature, and advertising items such as open houses, garage sales, lost pets, sale notices, political elections, etc., located on ROW. These signs, bulletins, and items, including their attachment method, must be removed and properly disposed of with each service. The Contractor is responsible for their disposal and shall not be deposited into City trash receptacle or dumpster. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for all accumulated and dumped building debris, yard waste, palm fronds and tree branches, bulk trash, or storm damage including, but not limited to, furniture, mattresses, construction debris, palm fronds, tree branches, and miscellaneous refuse for volumes of ten (6) cubic yards and less. For volumes more than ten (6) cubic yards: a. The Contractor shall notify the Contract Coordinator of any dumped building debris, yard waste, bulk trash, or storm damage including, but not limited to, furniture, mattresses, construction debris, and miscellaneous refuse for ten (6) cubic yards and more before starting work in that area. b. The Contractor shall take photos of such material, time and date stamp the photos, provide location of material, and email to the Contract Coordinator. c. The Contract Coordinator shall provide authorization to Contractor, and then Contractor shall remove and dispose of such debris utilizing the additional services trash removal rate quoted. 4. The Contractor shall mow grass/weed areas to a height of not less than three (3) inches or not more than four (4) inches with every service. Uncut or uneven sections of turf are unacceptable. 5. The Contractor shall line trim using rotary nylon to remove overgrowth not less than three (3) inches or more than four (4) inches around the perimeter of all obstructions such as signs, posts, structures, test wells, fences, poles, trees, palms, walls, slabs, etc. with every service. Line trimming shall be done during or as an immediate operation following the mowing for every service. Line trimming shall not be performed against the base of trees, palms, or plants. 6. The contractor shall edge using blade along walks, pavements, utility boxes, curbs, roadways to maintain a vertical edge with every service. This edging shall be a minimum depth of one (1) inch, adjacent to walks, pavements, utility boxes, curbs, roadways with the encroaching growth cut with the edger removed with every service. Edging shall be done during or as an immediate operation following the mowing for every service. 7. The Contractor shall maintain trees and palms to a minimum of eight (8) feet of clearance from grade with every service. This shall include sucker growth from trees, pup growth from palms, etc. 8. The Contractor shall remove with every service, dead fronds on the ground and from palms where the boot of the frond is reachable from standing at grade. 9. The Contractor shall trim shrubs and hedges with mechanical hedge shears to remove a portion of the current seasons growth to create a dense, level, even, and consistent appearance. 10.The Contractor shall use a blower to clear sidewalks, pathways, roadways, walkways to leave a clean surface before moving to next ROW section. Blowing shall be done during or as an immediate operation following the mowing for every service. 11.The Contractor shall maintain all specified areas for weed control with each service. The holiday lighting and dcor shall be designed to enhance the visual appearance of the corridor and create an inviting atmosphere for residents, visitors, and local businesses during both daytime and nighttime conditions during the holiday season. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and other resources necessary to perform the services described in this solicitation. The total cost of services, including labor, materials, installation, removal, permits, and any other associated costs, shall be included in the bid line pricing. The Contractor shall not be entitled to additional compensation beyond the approved contract amount. The Contractor shall be responsible for becoming fully familiar with all site conditions and factors that may affect the performance of the work. Failure to do so shall not relieve the Contractor of its obligation to perform the services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation, nor shall it serve as a basis for additional compensation.

Demolition of air monitoring site, including 8 x 10 shed, 12' x 12' deck, fence around the site, all footings, pavers, electric stump, conduit piping and other debris at the site. Remove trees and shrubs within the fenced area, including vines on fencing. Haul off and dispose of demolition detritus. Return site grounds to grass by adding sod. Add irrigation, if/as needed.
