The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting bids from qualified Contractors to undertake the replacement and installation of four (4) new Carrier heat pump split systems at the Green Cove Springs Aging True Center. This project aims to replace outdated HVAC systems with energy-efficient models to improve the environmental and operational efficiency of the facilities. The scope of work includes safely decommissioning and disposing of the old units, installing new systems of varying capacities, and adding auxiliary components to enhance system safety and prevent potential issues. Bonds required.
