Milling and resurfacing parking lots, resealing windows, fence repairs, landscaping, concrete & stucco, exterior handrails, doors/storefronts, drywall, acoustical ceiling, flooring, paint, signage, toilet accessories, kitchen equipment, and bleachers ADA seating. It will also involve upgrading water coolers and boilers and replacing AHUs/VAVs, FACP, and smoke detectors replacement. Bonds required.
