Description
General Description of Work: The general scope of work for this project includes replacement of gutters and downspouts throughout the campus, where indicated on the drawings. Project Scope: In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Remove and replace sheet metal gutters and downspouts with new pre-finished aluminum gutter and downspout assemblies at all steep-sloped metal roof areas (Buildings 1-9). 2. Provide new anodized, extruded aluminum downspouts where indicated and where identified to replace damaged or missing downspouts. a. Existing anodized, extruded aluminum downspouts, if encountered during work, may be re-used if in good condition. 3. Provide sheet metal flashings at fascias to facilitate gutter and downspout replacement and associated work.
