Description
The City of Ormond Beach is seeking quotes to perform predictive modeling and statistical analysis for the Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) under the Safe Drinking Water Act, at Title 40 Part 141.80. This request for quotes will serve the purpose of collecting and processing the data from our initial LSLI, produce an initial batch of targeted locations for field inspections (performed by City) that will be representative of the entire system, process and update targeted locations as field results are completed, utilize Machine Learning Methods to process field inspection data, provide classification for all unknown service lines (per EPA and FDEP guidelines), and provide further predictive modeling/statistical analysis until LCRI compliance has been met.
