Total small business set-aside, 236210 - Industrial Building Construction. 1. Contractor must provide labor, tools, and equipment to remove light diffuser (save for reinstallation), existing 3” U Bend Fluorescent Tubes (2 per fixture) and ballast from the 2’ x 2’ ceiling mounted fixtures. (115 Fixtures total). See Attached Drawing SO D-101710-013 for approximate locations. (Figures 2-8) 2. Contractor must rewire the fixture and provide 3” LED replacement lamps (2 per Fixture). Lamps must meet the following standards. (Submittal Required) a. CFR Title 47 Part 15 Class B compliant b. 50,000 hours lifetime minimum c. Color Temperature: 4000K d. Beam Angle: 240 degrees minimum 1 of 12 e. Input Voltage: 120-277 VAC f. Wattage: 15 g. Lumens: 1780-2000 h. Color Rendering Index (CRI): >80 i. Tube size: T8 j. Dimmable k. Integral Driver l. Frosted Lens m. UL Classified n. Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant o. Warranty: Minimum 5 year 3. After wiring the fixture, Contractor must label the energized lamp holders with an adhesive label. Label must be 2” x 3”, have a red border, and red lettering on a white background. (Submittal Required.) (Figure 9) 4. Contractor must replace the diffuser and test the light. 5. Contractor must dispose of all fluorescent tubes and ballasts in accordance with (IAW) EPA regulations and provide a certificate of disposal to the COR. 6. Contractor must provide 30 of the same 3” LED lamps, in sealed boxes, for spare and turn over to the COR at the completion of the project. Second Floor: 7. Contractor must provide labor, tools, and equipment to remove light diffuser (save for reinstallation), existing 6” U Bend Fluorescent Tubes (2 per fixture) and ballast from the 2’ x 2’ ceiling mounted fixtures. (23 Fixtures total). See Attached Drawing NADIN Second Floor for approximate locations. (Figure 10-14) 8. Contractor must rewire the fixture and provide 6” LED replacement lamps (2 per Fixture). Lamps must meet the following standards. (Submittal Required) a. CFR Title 47 Part 15 Class B compliant b. 50,000 hours lifetime minimum c. Color Temperature: 5000K d. Beam Angle: 240 degrees minimum e. Input Voltage: 120-277 VAC f. Wattage: 18 g. Lumens: 2200 h. Color Rendering Index (CRI): >80 i. Tube size: T8 j. Integral Driver k. Frosted Lens l. UL Classified m. Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant n. Warranty: Minimum 5 year Prevailing wages.
