Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance on 11 parcels totaling 106.4 acres. Maintenance includes removing new saplings that may return after initial clearing, mowing to return grass to a height of no more than 6 inches, leveling of ground or filing of holes in areas as needed, and removal of any debris located larger than12 inches in length. If new holes or ruts are created while performing maintenance on the landing zones, they shall be filled and leveled. Maintenance will be performed on each parcel no more than 4 times per calendar year. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
