The City of Boise Public Works Department (City) intends to collect and inventory data on specifically identified large diameter sewer mains (21” and larger) within the City’s collection system. The work consists of all labor, material, and equipment to inspect existing large diameter sewers using Multi-Sensor Inspection (MSI) which includes Closed Circuit Television (“CCTV”), Sonar, and two-dimensional (2D) Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) technologies. The MSI deployment shall provide a three-dimensional representation of internal pipe conditions above the flow line using 2D laser/LiDAR measurement and below the flow line using sonar measurement and both combined with HD imaging. Pipe sizes range from 21-inch to 48-inch with a total footage of approximately 48,000 feet. Work is anticipated to be performed under live flow conditions Bonds required.
