The work consists of bridge improvements to bridge structure SN 016-2601. The bridge deck will be scarified and repaired. The deck will be overlayed with 2.75 in latex overlay and 0.25 in removed with diamond grinding so that total increase in thickness is 2.5 in. The approach slabs and roadway will have 1.75 in HMA overlay. The project will also include all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein. The project will be constructed under traffic staging. DBE goal 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
