This is an overlay project and the work to be performed under this contract consists of pavement patching, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, structure adjustments and drainage structure cleaning, sidewalk removal, PCC sidewalk placement, installation of accessible pedestrian signals and detector loops, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course, installation of hot-mix asphalt and aggregate shoulders, placement of thermoplastic pavement markings, raised reflective pavement marker installation and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement as shown on the plans and as described herein. DBE goal 19%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
