This work consists of removing the existing structure S.N. 034-3034, a single span 17” deep precast reinforced concrete deck beam bridge and replacing with new a PPC IL36N-Beam bridge on integral abutments and steel H-piling. The back-toback abutment length is 67’-0” and the out-to-out width will be 30’-0”. The roadway improvements include aggregate base course, hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course, aggregate shoulders, embankment, traffic control, guardrail, riprap, seeding, and other miscellaneous appurtenances as shown in the plans and specified herein. Total length of the project is 269 feet. FAS 1423 (County Highway 3) over Deer Creek, 0.6 miles North of Burnside, in Pilot Grove Township, Hancock County. Prevailing wages.
