The work also includes reconstruction of the northwest and southeast shoulder approaches to the Larkin Avenue Bridge over I-80. The work also includes the construction of a proposed retaining wall along the Eastbound exit ramp (SN 099-Z043). The work also includes construction of noise walls. DBE goal 19%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
