Work will consist of pavement patching and HMA surface removal of 2-3/4” replaced with 1-1/4” of HMA binder course and 1-1/2” HMA surface course. This improvement is located in Johnston City on the north end of the existing curb and gutter north of 18th street proceeding south to 4th Street.
