The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Public Works, are accepting proposals for the Chip Seal Surface Treatment of Wolf Road and Jones Corner Road in Caroline County, Maryland. Specifications and standards are contained elsewhere in this proposal. Work is generally described as follows: •Demolition and removal of existing culverts •Installation of replacement culverts •Roadway base repair, where required •Application of four (4) courses of chip seal surface treatment •Stabilization.
