The Successful Bidder shall maintain the Carroll County Northern Landfill Office, to be clean, neat, and safe. The Successful bidder shall comply with all related Federal, State and Local Laws. These areas are to be operated in a physically safe and healthy environment. The Successful Bidder shall respond to maintenance and emergency calls in the time frames specified. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to supply all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment, with the approval of the county’s project manager. The following measurements are approximate square footage for each area: Landfill Office: 2,160. Bonds required.
