The Board of Commissioners for Charles County are seeking proposals from qualified, multi-disciplined engineering firms to provide design services for the Mattawoman Wastewater Treatment Plant (MWWTP) New Septage Receiving Facility. The primary purpose of this project is to prepare contract drawings and specifications, obtain all applicable permits, and provide construction engineering services for the site development and construction of the New Septage Receiving Facility. MBE goal 25%. Bonds required.
