The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision to retrofit an existing SWM pond to treat the estimated 20.48 acres of impervious surfaces and reduce the TMDL that is currently considered untreated in support of the County's efforts to fulfill its National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits requirements. MBE goal 25%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
