The Work of this Project includes but is not limited to the following: New Exhibit and Storage Barn of 6,350 gross SF, containing Exhibit, Exhibit Workshop and Storage. The barn is constructed with slab-on-grade concrete, concrete foundations/footings. The exterior walls and roof construction are wood studs and pre-engineered wood trusses. Exterior and interior walls are finished with horizontal wood siding painted/stained. The roof finish is insulated metal panels with vented ridge vent and snow guards. The exterior wood studs at the exhibit and workshop areas are batt insulated along with the interior walls. The building is not conditioned. Plumbing is limited to (1) one frost free hose bib. A new electric line will be run underground to the building from an existing transformer. Bonds required.
