Roof Replacement and associated work. 2. Repairs at the existing exterior panels 3. The main roof area measures approximately 18,760 Square Feet (SF). Project shall be bid as a single bid (lump sum all trades). All bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified subcontractors for the following trades: Plumbing (C030), Roofing - Membrane PVC / CPE / CSPE (C067). Paper bids Will NOT be accepted for this procurement. Prevailing wages.
