Contractor shall be prepared to respond to all request for service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. All cost for labor and materials for these calls shall be included in the bid. Contractor shall respond to regular service calls within three (3) days, or at such an interval or schedule as mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and HACC. Contractor shall submit estimates for services in accordance with the instructions within the Scope of Work within three (3) days of the original request. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that the have all the information to prepare accurate estimates. These estimates shall include the estimated number of hours, hourly rate of employees involved, estimated material cost and completion date. Contract period 6/1/2025 - 5/31/2026. Prevailing wages.
