We invite proposals from firms with substantial experience in delivering consulting services for mixed-income, mixed-use multifamily developments. The Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit statements of qualifications from experienced real estate developers interested in partnering with HACC as a private co-developer for the redevelopment of three (3) separate Senior Towers. These sites are: 1. Kennedy Towers – Block: 1202, Lot: 4, 2. Westfield Towers – Block: 1012, Lot: 9, 3. Mickle Towers – Block: 152, Lot: 96 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
