The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of Full Depth Pavement Reclamation from Atlantic City Expressway Ramp to Camden County Border, Winslow Township, Camden County, New Jersey to a depth of 13”, Full Depth Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction, Milling of More than 3” to 6”, Installation of HMA 12.5M64 Surface Course, Installation of HMA 19M64 Base Course, Base Repair, Resetting of Inlet Castings, Reconstruction of Inlets, Construction of Inlets and Manholes, Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipe, Reinforced Concrete and HMA Driveway Aprons, Raised Pavement Markers, Traffic Striping and Signing, and all appurtenant work, complete, as directed in the proposal and presented in the specifications. The project consists of equipment, labor, and material drawn, described or implied in the contract documents. The Contractor is responsible for providing a complete product regardless of whether or not items are specifically labeled with contract quantities. Items listed as non-pay items or items shown on the plans or described in the specifications that do not correspond to a particular pay item in the proposal, shall be included in the price of the various items in the proposal. Only pay items listed in the proposal are applicable to this project. Pay items not in the proposal will not be used. Items designated “if and where directed” shall not be used unless directed by the Owner or the Owner’s representative. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
