The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) solicits sealed bids for the replacement of the Maintenance Garage Roof on the Speech and Theater Building at Lehman College, 2923 Paul Avenue, Bronx, New York, 10468. Work involves: 1. Removal and replacement of the existing roofing membrane, flashings, etc. over existing garage, including removal and backfill of existing topsoil on roof. No thermal insulation required. 2. Installation of perforated drainpipes along roof perimeter. 3. Remove and reconstruct one exterior concrete staircase. 4. Repair spalled concrete with repair mortar. 5. Repair cracked concrete with injection adhesive. 6. Remove existing stucco at base of foundation wall and replace with repair mortar. 7. Apply elastomeric coating on concrete surface. Subcontracting Provisioning Goals (%) Minority Owned:18% Women Owned:12% Service Disabled Veteran Owned:6% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
