The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency – Services for the Replace Mechanical Equipment – Rockefeller Arts Center project at the State University of New York at Fredonia. The Project will provide replacement of all air handling units as well as limited upgrades to electrical and ductwork systems. Interior finishes will be replaced to accommodate the installation of new ductwork. The Project includes the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements.
