This Project will proceed under (3) Lump Sum Contract(s) as follows: General Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction. The scope of the work consists of improving indoor air quality for staff occupied spaces with the Rundel Memorial Library. This will include adding a dedicated outside air (DOAS) unit onto the roof, providing new registers and grilles, heat exchanger and pump work in the penthouse, as well as related supporting electrical and general contract needs to support the mechanical work. Steel for the new roof mounted DOAS unit will be coordinated with an ongoing construction project at the library. This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements. This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
