Project work includes modifications to an existing stormwater management facility (SMF) at the Southwest corner of Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) G-Lot. The proposed improvements include clearing and grubbing, expansion of the SMF storage capacity, raising of the embankment, and removal of the existing outlet riser structure and associated outlet piping. The existing outlet structure will be replaced with a new concrete weir structure. One new catch basin inlet and granite curbing will be installed along the north side of the SMF within the parking lot to the north, as well as associated 18-inch outlet piping, end section, and rip rap outlet protection. Additionally, the existing piping associated with the inlet at the northeast corner of the SMF will be shortened and a new end section and rip rap outlet protection will be installed. The project also includes installation of a diversion structure and associated stormwater piping upstream of the SMF, as well as replacement of the existing 18-inch culvert upstream of the proposed diversion structure with a new 24-inch culvert. The proposed SMF modifications will also include installation of new stone riprap protection along the existing parking lot and west side of the pond, along with site restoration. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
