The Successful Bidder will be expected to provide skilled, experienced and prompt service of a wide variety of repairs at various BOCES sites on scheduled, “on call” and emergency basis, as required. This is a time, materials and equipment Bid and is not intended for construction projects, capital projects or capital improvements. Equipment procurement and installation required for HVAC services are included under this contract. All or None Award. Prevailing wages.
