Work includes site work, excavation, asphalt paving, water line & plumbing connections, drainage, water service, planting. In addition to the Base Bid, which includes items 1 – 43, the City desires to acquire as many of the add alternates within the City’s budget. Accordingly, the contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder based on the total of the base bid plus the add alternates up to the City’s budget for this project. The City’s budget for this project shall be announced at the bid opening. Bidders must bid on all add alternates to be considered responsive and eligible for award. Addendum No 1 extended bid due date to April 23rd. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
