The City of Mount Vernon hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to provide for the design, implementation, installation, maintenance, and operation of a turnkey traffic-control signal photo violation-monitoring system capable of detecting and recording red light violations, including the support services to process citations for the City of Mount Vernon, New York. The proposal for the Red-Light Camera Enforcement System (“RLC”) shall consist of providing all equipment, personnel, and support services required for automated enforcement of red-light violations in conjunction with input from City departments.
