The improvements include, but are not limited to, a conversion from a wet pit / dry pit to a submersible pump style lift station, electrical and controls replacement, electrical building installation, bypass connection replacement, flow meter installation, surge relief valve installation, and other miscellaneous site improvements. The existing site is located at 2919 Kingston Ave, Durham, NC 27704. Bonds required.
