The Town of Louisburg requests a Statement of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for the professional services associated with the design and construction of the rehabilitation / replacement of approximately 12,100 LF (linear feet) of 8-inch terra cotta gravity sewers and appurtenances within the Town Limits of Louisburg, North Carolina. The gravity collector sewers are constructed of terra cotta (clay) pipe materials and are over 60 years old. The Town was recently awarded funding through the NC Clean Water State Revolving Fund program (CWSRF) to construct the Sewer System Rehabilitations. Services will include, but not be limited to, Grant/Loan administration, preparing an Engineering Report and an Environmental Information Document in accordance with the requirements of the NC CWSRF, design of the Sewer System rehabilitation, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, bidding, construction administration, construction observation, and easement survey/platting services. Bonds required.
