Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services. The objective of this contract is for the contractor to perform necessary grounds maintenance services in a manner that will maintain satisfactory lawn, tree, shrub, and other exterior flora in a condition that presents a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Contractor shall be responsible for performing lawn maintenance, aeration, fertilization, weed control, and general spring and fall cleanup. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period and four (4) 12-month option periods with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months. Active performance periods of seven (7) months are from April through October of each year. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
