The scope of the project includes the rehabilitated of the Ellsworth Dam spillway including grouting voids, repair of existing concrete, concrete overlay with anchors, improvements to drains, retaining walls as described in the bid documents. Scope also includes chute block addition and rip rap improvements as shown on the contract documents. The City will be operating the spillway during construction and the Contractor is required to protect work from water flowing down the spillway and stilling basin. Contractor shall secure and supply all Special Inspection and Testing. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
