The Contractor will be required to verify and comply with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Obtain any required permits for the work Pay any permitting/reporting fees for the work Pump/remove oil, water and sludge from tank Properly dispose of oil, water and sludge – provide a line-item unit cost Tank removal & off-site disposal Soil sampling and analysis Provide a cost per cubic foot for contaminated soil removal/disposal Tank removal prior to November 1, 2025 Provide the County with documentation that the work was completed in accordance with all regulatory requiremen
