This project being situated as follows: From the Rochester Roundabout at Segment 0370 Offset 0360 and Segment 0371 Offset 0340 (STA 942+73) to a point approximately 150 feet north of the Virginia Avenue and Sunflower Road intersection at Segment 0410 Offset 0188 (STA 70+32). DBE goal 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
