Spartanburg Housing is requesting informal quotes and service proposals for our security and fire alarm monitoring services. Spartanburg Housing manages seven sites that need security and fire monitoring services throughout the year. The successful quote will be awarded a one-year contract to monitor, maintain and install security services though out the properties of the Agency. This contract may be extended on a one year renewal basis for up to five years for all security services listed herein. Additional security services may be amended or modified to this scope of work as necessary and needed by the Agency.
