McKinney Independent School district solicits proposals to establish a contract for walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers and replacement parts. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this project in accordance with the contract documents. It is the intent of the District to award the contract to a single vendor; however, it reserves the right to make awards to multiple vendors offering comparable products orservices. The decision to make either a single or multiple awards will be based on the District’s determination of which option provides the best value. Bonds required.
