The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to increase the finished water treatment capacity of the Plant IV by 70 million gallons per day (mgd). This includes construction of rapid-mix/flocculation/sedimentation basins, installation of additional equipment inside existing ozone facilities to increase treatment capacity, expansion of the filter complex, installation of additional equipment inside existing chemical facilities to increase pumping and storage capacity, and other miscellaneous improvements across the Site.
