The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to establish a five (5) year contract for the provision of Park Restrooms Janitorial Services at the designated County locations. The contract shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, and all related incidental work required to deliver custodial services as outlined in the Pricing Sheet or as amended for Arlington County. The Contractor will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of over 30 park restrooms on a nearly daily basis. To ensure the facilities remain in optimal condition, it is essential that the Contractor provides a team capable of delivering high-quality cleaning services.
