The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as “VDOT”, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified Virginia Licensed, Class A Contractors with a Highway Heavy specialty to provide Asphalt Patching Services in accordance with the performance specifications herein, within the Halifax Residency, which includes Pittsylvania and Halifax Counties. The Contractor will work on an as needed basis to perform various asphalt patching operations. The contract will be awarded by lot. Lot 1 – Halifax County; Lot 2 – Pittsylvania County. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
